Amongst the solutions provided, DIGIT.A.2 is responsible for creating and maintaining IT systems for the eProcurement, OPSYS, TIREMA, SEDIA and Grants programs the so-called target architecture solution. These applications cover a large spectrum of the business: Programming, Planning, Pre-Award, Post-Award, Results evaluation.
The DIGIT A.2. is looking for a User Experience Expert to
- Support the UX improvement of DIGIT
- Support the creation of a UX toolkit (templates, guides, etc)
- Participate actively in the UX Office’s Community of Practice
- Provide advice to DIGIT units on UX best practices
Job description:
- Excellent communicator in English, able to communicate the organisations’ strategic vision and goals from an end-user’ point of view
- Excellent presentation skills
- Design thinking methods or/and systems’ thinking.
- Synthesize UX research, web analytics data, as well as surveys, legacy and organizational goals.
- Work closely with business and cross functional teams to reach desired organizational goals.
